Of course I've always been a fan of hotdogs and hamburgers, but this summer pasta is my absolute fave! It's really simple to make and you can really put anything you want in it. I experimented with the grape tomatoes... and I didn't like it. I think it was the combo of the vinegar and the acid in the tomatoes.
Boil your favorite noodles. I used a healthy version of rotini. You really can't taste the difference! I love it!
Let the pasta cool and toss with olive oil.

The Dressing is really simple! It's a little olive oil, a little red wine vinegar, and some season salt. I just drizzle it on top, toss it around a few times and do a little taste test :)
