I have worn these shoes pretty much every day since I purchased them. Now that's what you call a good investment. Or an obsession. It's an Obsessment. 

 I love them.

Weekend Rundown

This weekend hasn't been much of a weekend. If you work in the service industry you probably feel the same way. Most holidays you can pretty much guarantee I'll be working. Trust me, no complaints here. I love making that dollah.

And I always find little ways to make even a non-weekend into something pretty spectacular.

1. My favorite Queen shirt, Asymmetrical Skirt and my new shoes. I sort of felt like a rock star. 

2.Glitter blasting my life.

3. Neon nails can always brighten a gloomy day.

1. Dancing.

2. Cinderella lost her shoe outside of the cluuuuub. 

3. Functional and sweet. 

4. Straight up delicious. 

1. Benedict. Ummm YUM. 

2. Katie and her adorable hat and sweater. 

3. Mimosa time! 

1. Hilarious read. 

2. Popsicle on a hot day, can't think of anything better! 

(maybe a margarita and some hot eye candy...)

Even If It Breaks Your Heart

Constantly, I am thinking about my future. The question of "What are you going to do" "What do you want to be" is playing on repeat inside of my head. 

Over and over I question my strengths, my talents, the things that really make me happy. 

When it comes down to it, do you really need to have a "title" to have really made it in life. 

Do you need to be known as a manager or a CEO in order to feel important?

In the life that I've imagined I have always been happy. I have always lived for myself and done exactly what makes me smile the most. 

I love smiling, it's my favorite. 

So when I sit down and really try to figure out what I want to do... why is it so difficult?

Why can't I put my finger on it?

I think it's because what I want to do doesn't exist. 

There is not  a specific title or profession that I fit exactly into.

...and this is where it gets exciting...

Approaching my mid twenties.

Writer, reader, photographer. 

Northwest is my home but my heart longs to travel.

Everywhere and anywhere is where I want to go. 

I feel like life gets better and better every year.

Weekend Rundown

I'd like to say that I am the type of person that takes full advantage of the weekend. Especially when I don't have to work. This weekend... I was a total BUM.

I got off work early on Friday
and was gifted Saturday night off.

What did I do? Wellllll....
Laundry.Watched Storage Wars.DIY'd some polka dot jeans.Drank wine.Dreamed about redecorating.
It was really exciting.
Okay.. so only half of Saturday was I a complete lazy-ass. I ended up grabbing a drink with some friends.... But other than that... low key weekend!

And then to top it off... Dance Squad Sunday!!
Dance Squad turned into Gossip and Girly Movie Sunday (Which I am more than okay with)

No worries, friends.... we are doing Pi-Yo in the morning. Woop.

Scored an awesome deal on some lighting!

Weekend Rundown

This is what my weekend looked like

Well... for the most part....

Besides looking like a complete psycho, I rode my bike, worked, spent some quality time with my family...

and was asked to be a brides maid in my brother's wedding!! 

I'm SO excited. The last time I was a bridesmaid this is what happened.

I really didnt' take that many pictures... but I DID watch The Bachelorette! 

Wanna know my thoughts on that?

Emily? My FAVORITE. 

Absolute Favorite. 

Okay, so she's 26... and a single mom and SO amazing. 

Who wouldn't want to have babies with her? 

I want to have babies with her. 

Okay that's weird... but she is incredible. 

So about the men....

Swooooooon. 

I'm pretty happy with this selection. 

I actually need to go get my hair done so I can go gossip about these boys.

I am so lucky I have Mondays off.... Guaranteed bachelorette viewing party. 

East Coasters!! Don't ruin this for me!

Today is going to be filled with Tons of laundry and finally reading The Blogess' book!

I started yesterday while laying out and was busting up!

Little Bit of Heaven With a Wild Side.

I am a photo freak. Whether it's on my iphone, my cannon or my cute little Holga I am constantly snapping pictures.

I really wanted some pictures with my bike and a friend agreed to take them for me

(Figuring it might be hard to do the self photos on this one)

I asked my adorable friend Caroline to join.

Great style, GREAT shoes and really just brought the funk to the photo shoot. 

This weekend is going to be CRAZY busy at my restaurant. 

Graduation + Mother's Day = everyone running their cute little butts off. 

Ohhh Boy. 

I plan on spending some time with my brother and future sister in-law

And having brunch with my family on Sunday. 

Everything in between... work.work.work.work.
